Columbia Basin Fly Casters

April’s meeting will feature Leroy Hyatt. of “Fly Tying the Angler’s Art” .  Episodes of the show can be found here.  The meeting will start at 5:30 PM because Leroy will tie flies before the dinner. Leroy will speak on steelhead fishing in the Clearwater, Snake and Grand Ronde.
